The Children's Spark Awards 2026
The Children’s Spark Awards are dedicated to honouring the incredible individuals and teams who make a difference in the lives of children and families across Peterborough.
We invite nominations for everyone who works with children—from our partners in education, health, and the police, to Cub and Guide leaders, inspiring teachers, those in the voluntary sector, and every committed person in between.
This award shines a spotlight on the great professionals throughout the city who work tirelessly, day in and day out, to support and uplift the young people and their families, ensuring that Peterborough is a place where every child can thrive and Peterborough is recognised a child friendly city.

26 May 2026 – Nomination entries open
14 July 2026 – Deadline to submit nominations
30 September 2026 – invitation acceptance/request
22 October 2026 – awards gala dinner announcing winners
